MATT HARDY, MANAGING PARTNER
Matt is a co-founder of Cowboy Minerals. He graduated from Kansas State University and began his career in oil & gas at ConocoPhillips in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. Matt was most recently the Head of Mineral Owner Resources at RunTitle in Austin, Texas. There he helped owners better understand their mineral interests so they could make fully informed decisions.

CAMERON GOODWIN, MANAGING PARTNER
Cameron is a co-founder of Cowboy Minerals. He grew up in and around the oil patch with a father who operated oil & gas wells. After graduating from the University of Houston he worked in Oklahoma for several years as a landman establishing a large lease position for a publicly traded company. Cameron then joined RunTitle in Austin, Texas where he built the company’s mineral title database and worked alongside Matt to help mineral owners navigate the selling process.
